The Hôtel-Restaurant Enjolras invites you to discover traditional, delicious cuisine inspired by the seasons and prepared with locally sourced ingredients. For three generations, every dish has celebrated the local heritage, using fresh produce and cherished family recipes.
Discover the signature dishes of our chefs, Jean-Luc and Lucas: a generous creamy mushroom croustade, followed by a tender local veal sauté served with delicious homemade pommes dauphines, and finishing with our indulgent Ardèche Coupe, topped with homemade whipped cream.
The restaurant features two large dining rooms, ideal for receptions, seminars and group events.
