For a sportier start, opt for this 105km variant of the Grande Traversée de l'Ardèche VTT. Starting from Tournon-sur-Rhône, you'll reach Saint-Félicien, cradle of the Ardéchoise, halfway up the slope, before finishing at the Devesset lake.

For this 2nd stage of the variant, the program is sportier. Departing from Saint-Félicien, birthplace of the Ardéchoise, you'll reach Lalouvesc, situated on a pass with views stretching from the Alps to the Cévennes. With climbs, descents, superb panoramas and playful single tracks, this 50km all-terrain route will delight experienced mountain bikers as they plateau to join the main itinerary at Lac de Devesset.
