Here, each bottle is chosen with rigor and curiosity, directly from committed winemakers, favoring wines of character, sincere and expressive, made using practices that respect the living world.
The wine list evolves with each new discovery and each new season, blending well-known references with more confidential vintages, with particular attention paid to the great terroirs of the Rhône Valley and beyond.
To accompany the wines, a simple, gourmet cuisine, designed for sharing, highlights carefully selected products.
