Le Gabriel
"Le Gabriel", the bar of Hotel de la Villeon, was conceived as a modern place with an old patina: directly overlooking the hotel's patio it dares the challenge of contemporary decor in the heart of a vault dug into a rock.
This exclusive bar was named "Le Gabriel" in homage to Gabriel Faure, who was born in the Hotel de la Villeon.
There is a delightfully intimate atmosphere: the wines are mainly from the vineyards of Burgundy and the Rhone Valley, while a cocktail menu ranges from the traditional to the timeless. A “Snacking Menu” made up of specialities of the Drôme-Ardèche region is proposed with the drinks, platters of cheese and charcuterie, pâté, etc. Le Gabriel is accessible to non-residents by reservation.
