Le Vergier Equestrian Centre
Horseback or carriage rides, workshops, and a yurt accommodation with a private hot tub. In a peaceful hamlet with a 14th-century castle, Sylvie and her team welcome you to the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park.
The Vergier Equestrian Center, managed by Sylvie Basello (instructor), is located in Haut-Vivarais and focuses on all forms of horse riding for leisure. We try to adapt riding to riders by giving them autonomy for sports and leisure activities. Lessons are given on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with a 20 x 60 m indoor arena, a cross-country course, and plenty of outdoor opportunities.
Specializing in ethological riding (horse behavior), you will learn not only how to ride a horse but also how to understand it better. Courses are held during each school vacation and can be half-day, full-day, or multi-day.
