Le Rocher de Soutron
Le Rocher de Soutron treats visitors to amazing views after a 15 minute hike uphill. A pilgrimage is held every year in early August. At the top: the 17th century Saint Julien de Soutron Chapel.
Accessible after a 15-minute climb.
For the more courageous, take the route ‘La chapelle de Soutron’ (round trip) from the village of Arcens to discover the hamlet of Soutron and the chapel perched on the rocky summit!
This superb walk, alternating between undergrowth and meadows, will take you on a discovery of a treasure of the Ardèche Hautes Vallées, the Chapel of Soutron.
