Domain Salel et Renaud
Elise and Benoît were pulled back to their Ardèche roots when they created their domain in 2008. Their passion for vines and wine enabled this talented couple to exploit the full potencial of this little known vineyard, by producing wines with great finess.
The Domain Salel et Renaud is nestled at the foothills of the Cévennes. The vines are cultivated on terraces; this remarkable landscape fashioned thby ancient people, which the wich to preserve fore future generations.
The Vineyards in the Heart of Cévennes Ardéchoises:
The vines are planted at altitudes between 300 and 500m, at the foothills of the Massif Central, on granitic soils of Cevenol Triassic, and on the schist soils of the Drobie Valley.
