Moulin de Mandy
The Moulin de Mandy pays homage to the past importance of mills and hydraulic energy. Guided visits of the working mill (mills and gears room, bread oven) and of the exhibition entitled "Landscapes and mills in Ardèche”.
On site, you can also discover (open visit):
– Our educational circuit of the hydraulic network (aqueduct, lock …)
– Our conservatory garden growing local cereals.
Activities at the Moulin de Mandy 2024:
– Baking and tasting of old-fashioned bread cooked in the wood-fired oven : every Wednesday from 10 July to 4 September – except (baking bread at 11:30 am).
“Heritage European Days” on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September 2024.
After each animation around the bread oven, you can leave with your bread and buy many other products to take away or to consume on site!! (To reserve your bread, call +33 4 75 65 62 03 or +33 4 75 64 24 03).
