Domaine Aléofane
Organic and biodynamic estate created in 2004 by Natacha CHAVE.
Appellations produced : Crozes-Hermitage white, Crozes-Hermitage red, Saint Joseph red, Cornas.
Natacha uses biodynamic preparations to stimulate the plant's natural defenses and balance. This approach requires a lot of hard work. The work continues in the vinifications: indigenous yeasts, no enzymes. The wines are unfiltered, unfined and low in sulfur. She put her heart and soul into her work, and in no time at all found a wide audience. An estate and natural wines to watch out for.
