Hot-air balloon flight with "Annonay, hot-air balloon birthplace" association
The Annonay Berceau de l'Aérostation association offers introductory hot-air balloon flights and tethered flights (where the balloon is secured to the ground for repeated ascents).
Founded in 1993, this association of passionate volunteers aims to promote Annonay as the cradle of hot-air ballooning and the birthplace of the Montgolfier brothers, whilst flying the flag for Annonay and our partners.
Twelve pilots licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority, including one woman, two instructors and experienced crew members, manage and operate nine hot-air balloons with baskets seating three to four people.
