La Villa Syrah

The gîte is set in quiet, natural surroundings, surrounded by vineyards. Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails start from the gîte, allowing you to explore the Saint-Joseph vineyards.
This contemporary architect-designed villa has been tastefully furnished. You’ll be delighted by its modern decor and quality materials. The emphasis has also been placed on ecology, with solar energy used to produce hot water and electricity.
Villa Syrah is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility: the kitchen, bathroom and one of the bedrooms have been specially equipped for this purpose. Access and walkways are also on the same level.
Inside, the gîte comprises a large air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, armchairs, TV, Bluetooth speaker and wood-burning stove. Large windows give you access to 2 terraces for pleasant outdoor moments.
On the same level, you’ll find a first bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (or two single beds on request), a dressing table and a desk. The second PMR-accessible bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm electric bed (or two single beds on request), a dressing table and a desk. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature high-quality bedding. The PRM-accessible bathroom features a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Separate WCs are accessible from the laundry room. Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. Beds are made up and towels provided on arrival.
Villa Syrah is the ideal place to spend quality time with family and friends, and to discover the Hermitage-Tournonais region.
