Aqua Terra Silva
Aqua Terra Silva offers herbal teas, aromatic blends and syrups made from plants grown in Gravières and Chambonas, as well as fresh and dried fruit and jams. Our production is certified in Organic Agriculture.
We are gradually recultivating the former agricultural terraces which surround our building located in Gravières, in the Chassezac valley.
We cultivate these areas in a harmony with the characteristics of the place, using local renewable resources and promoting diversity.
Mints, lemon balm, monarda, camomile, lavender, verbena, blackcurrant, oregano, rosemary, thyme, savory, sage, hyssop, tarragon… so many flavours to awaken your senses! We also take advantage of the generosity of the surrounding nature to gather other aromatic and medicinal plants in a way that respects ecosystems.
We use these plants to make herbal teas, aromatic blends and syrups. We also grow berries and fruits at Chambonas. Harvests are sold fresh, dried and made into jams. All our production is certified organic.
You will find our products directly on site, at the Feijoa tearoom in Les Vans and at the small market in Chambonas, which takes place every Thursday evening from April to September.
We are gradually introducing guided tours with tastings, picking walks and practical workshops. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re interested.
