Descente 14 km Balazuc – Ruoms avec Ruoms Bateaux

Our main canoe hire base is ideally located in Ruoms, in the heart of the southern Ardèche, to make it easier for you to choose between the upstream part of the river, the downstream part or the Grand Raid.
We offer departures at all times, for all types of descent and distances, as well as combined descents with our campsite for 1 to 3 days, every day from April to September.
On site you’ll find plenty of parking for your vehicles, a bar and restaurant, refreshment facilities, toilets and hot showers, a swimming pool with paddling pool and play area, as well as a campsite and gîtes for your accommodation. The village centre is just 400 m from our base, where you can buy last-minute supplies. We can also prepare packed lunches to order. We can accommodate groups of up to 100 people, with the possibility of complete organisation: any type of descent over one or more days; accommodation in a campsite, mobile home or gîte; meals, picnic baskets, transport, etc.
And for those accompanying you who don’t want to go canoeing, we can put our swimming pool at their disposal free of charge all day long. We can also organise your entire stay, with trips over several days or combined with other activities, accommodation, catering and entertainment…. We also welcome groups.

From 17/04 to 27/09/2026 daily between 8 am and 8 pm.
