Bière de Ruoms is emblematic of the Ardèche region. After an absence of 57 years, it has been reborn thanks to ESAT Les Chênes Verts, supported by disabled workers, combining brewing tradition, local roots and social commitment.
Born in 1876 in Ruoms, Bière de Ruoms is deeply rooted in the industrial and social history of the Ardèche.
After having left its mark on generations of people, and spreading its influence far beyond the region, production came to a halt in 1967.
Fifty-seven years later, Bière de Ruoms was reborn thanks to a project with a strong human dimension.
Today, it is brewed at the ESAT Les Chênes Verts by disabled workers, accompanied by their supervisors.
All stages, from production to packaging, are carried out locally.
The current range offers accessible, authentic beers that respect brewing know-how.
Distributed in the southern Ardèche, Bière de Ruoms embodies a successful alliance between heritage, territory and social commitment.
