Traditional wood-fired bakery in Cros-de-Géorand. Organic sourdough bread, hand-kneaded and baked in a Panyol oven. Stone-milled flour from Lozère. Direct sales at the bakery, local market and selected grocery shops. Pre-orders recommended.
Located in Cros-de-Géorand, Le Fournil La Planque produces organic sourdough bread, entirely hand-kneaded and baked in a traditional French Panyol wood-fired oven.
Julien, a graduate of the International Baking School of Sisteron and passionate about natural sourdough, works with organic stone-milled flour from the Moulin de la Colagne (Lozère), natural spring water and a rye sourdough starter. The result is flavourful, nutritious bread that is easier to digest and keeps well.
Also available: homemade brioches and biscuits.
