The Cerdini family has bought the ingredients for our ice creams and sorbets from local producers for four generations. We guarantee they all come from enthusiastic and rigorous growers and transformers with whom we have strong personal ties and whose fruit, vegetables and spices are of peerless quality. Harvesting ripe fruit from the trees and discovering varieties originating in the Cevennes is only possible thanks to these contacts and absolute respect of our direct collection supply chain.

For 4 generations, the Cerdini family has been making ice creams and sorbets in the purest Italian tradition. These origins have left us with a visceral need to work with fresh produce: fresh eggs, milk from the local dairy and fruit, vegetables and herbs from farmer friends. The restaurant specialises in terrace service, so there are plenty of creations to choose from, ranging from classics to annual novelties that will delight young and old alike. Customers can also compose their own ice cream to suit their tastes.
