In 1957, the Saint-Remèze cooperative winery was established through the initiative of a handful of winegrowers who wished to share their production facilities. The growers from the plateau brought together viticulturists from the villages of Bidon, Gras, Larnas, and Saint-Remèze. Situated on a vast karst plateau, the clay-limestone terroir is defined by the left bank of the Ardèche Gorges, the "Dent de Rez" (the highest point in the lower Ardèche region), and the Rhône Valley. The area enjoys a northern-Mediterranean climate and falls within the "Côtes du Vivarais" Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
Our cellar door is open year-round; here, you will find our own wines, a selection from the range offered by “Vignerons Ardéchois”—the cooperative union to which we belong—as well as various local products from the Ardèche region.

From 01/10 to 31/12/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm. On Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm.
