Confiturerie de La Souche : La Chareyrade
Established in La Souche since 1962, the jam factory specialises in the production of PDO Ardèche chestnut purée and traditional jams.
You’ll also find a range of sweet and savoury Ardèche biscuits.
Specialists in chestnut purée, our chestnuts are all PDO chestnuts from the Ardèche. We also make delicious jams and compotes.
To complete our range, we’ve set up our Biscuiterie in Prades, a stone’s throw from the Confiturerie. This is where our master pastry chef makes blueberry macaroons, chestnut shortbread and chocolate chip cookies.
We make our products according to traditional recipes, without preservatives. Proud to be craftsmen, we attach the utmost importance to the choice of our producers and partners. Whether organic or conventional, we give priority to farms in the Ardèche and Drôme.
