Domaine Balthazar

Casimir Balthazar founded the estate in the early 1920s, and bought the Chaillots parcel in 1931. The estate has been managed since 2002 by Franck Balthazar and has been under organic cultivation since 2010. All the soils are worked by pickaxe and winch.
