Domaine Christophe Bombrun

I offer you wines made from quality plots of land worked by hand. The main grape varieties are Syrah, Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier.
After many years of winegrowing, I decided to become a winemaker almost 6 years ago!
What a wonderful adventure! Pruning, de-stemming, de-caulking and harvesting were no longer enough for me, I wanted to see these wines become nectars in the bottle.
With the help of some wonderful people, I took the plunge and added de-steeming, vinifying, punching down, ageing, topping up, settling, tasting… to my vocabulary.
Now I’m also talking about cuvee, bouquet and tannin, to create a farandole of aromas: apricot, marshmallow, floral and lightly toasted notes, citrus fruit, aniseed notes, yellow fruit with hints of honey and dried fruit. I’ve enriched my vocabulary, but not only that; I’m especially happy to be able to offer you mments of happiness.
