Domaine Clape
We favour vinification in whole bunches of grapes and maturing in old tuns, which gives sober wines that defy the years and express the terroir of Cornas with strength and brio.
The wines of this estate represent, with strength and conviction, a traditional vision of the Cornas appellation.
Thanks to a fabulous heritage of vines and a simple and intelligent approach to winemaking, Pierre, accompanied by his son Olivier, continues in the footsteps of his father Auguste Clape, to produce straightforward and racy wines that are setting the standard.
