Domaine de Mermes
Come and meet Séverine and Patrice on their family-run estate in Southern Ardèche. Discover their passion for wine-making whilst tasting their wines. Les Mûriers holiday cottage (Gite de France labelled, 3 cornheads).
The Domaine de Mermes covers 25 ha on clay-limestone and stony soils. This is the reason why it gives an unique taste to our wines which delight you.
Come and discover our wines : Viognier, Chardonnay, Rosé, Rouge, Merlot, Syrah and also the 3 winegrowers’ favourites : Esprit d’Automne (sweet White), Gourmandise (sweet Rosé) and Jean Esprit (aged in oak barrels). We come from a winegrowers’ family and have a know-how transmitted from father to son for generations. You can discover essential oils of lavender and lavandin as well as a pure grape juice directly sold at the wine cellar.
