Domaine du Géant
Thomas Dessagne is newly installed in Saint Péray and produces several Saint-Pérays, as well as a Cornas.
A 100% Syrah with no added sulphites in IGP Ardèche completes its range.
The estate was created from scratch in 2018 and is located at the beginning of the Côte du Pin on the road of tram.
The estate now includes a vinification and ageing cellar as well as a tasting cellar.
Since 2018, 3ha of vines have been planted on the estate with the following distribution:
2.5 ha of AOC Saint Péray – Marsanne and Roussanne
1000 M² AOC Cornas – Syrah
4000 M² of IGP Ardèche – Syrah
The different vintages are:
AOC Saint Péray: Crussolius cuvée: 100% Marsanne
AOC Saint Péray: Le Coissou: 100% Roussanne
AOC Saint Péray: l’Estival: 50% Marsanne and 50% Rousanne
AOC Cornas: Adessias: 100% Syrah
IGP Ardèche: La Pendoline: 100% Syrah with no added sulphites
