Cave in a farmhouse dating back to 1683. Dauphinoise architecture.
All the vines are worked in such a way as to respect the soil and nature. The soil is ploughed, ridged, hoeed and started by hand.
Vine diseases are prevented by aeration of the bunches through leaf thinning and de-leafing. The grapes are harvested by hand, with selective sorting in the vineyard and then in the cellar.
