The only winegrower in north Drôme. I have chosen to grow old varieties : amongst those no longer found villard Noir, Villard blanc, Chatus, Persan and Chambourcin. The work on the vines respects nature to keep old traditions which encourage a healthy soil activity.

Revival of forgotten local grape varieties. As a winegrower in Epinouze, I want to re-establish an old vineyard in my commune on a soil of rolled pebbles.
