Domaine Saladin
Elisabeth and Marie-Laurence Saladin are the 21st generation of a long line of farmer-winegrowers in Saint Marcel d’Ardèche. Their range of 7 vintages has always been organically produced and hand-harvested.
Visit of the wine tasting cellar and the vines.
The tour lasts 1 to 2 hours.
Our wine tasting cellar is situated in our property, 500 meters from the middle-ages village of Saint-Marcel d’Ardèche. We work traditionally while respecting nature : we don’t use chemical herbicides, we plough our vineyard. Hand harvesting for all the grapes. Wine tasting with the winegrower and or his family is a privileged time.
