Drac brewery
Micro-brewery located in the heart of the village of Jaujac. Promoting our local terroir mixing ancestral and modern brewing techniques. Free tasting available. Brewery recommended in the guide Rando-bière en Drôme-Ardèche.
The Drac brasserie was born in 2017 from the fusion of a punk oenologist and a moustachioed traveller. After a few drinks on a terrace, they decided to set up in the heart of the Lignon valley, at the foot of the Jaujac volcano.
Attentive to their environment, they created a range of five beers, rooted in brewing traditions and with a strong character. Inspired by the seasons, they also offer ephemeral brews. In short, in the vats of the Drac brewery, the finesse of the water combined with the power of the hops and the sweetness of the malt will delight your taste buds and your grannies…
