We raise pigs on straw, as well as lamb from Préalpes ewes, on the Tournon plateau. We process, cut and sell artisanal charcuterie, with no added coloring or preservatives.
Year-round sales of pigs and piglets to individuals and professionals. Farmhouse pigs and lambs are cut up in our on-farm laboratory for direct sale of fresh meat, cooked charcuterie and cured meats.
Sales at the Iles Féray market in Tournon on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. non-stop, as well as at the Musette de Valentine collective sales outlet at the Lycée agricole in Bourg-lès-Valence. All week long, you can find our products at the Netto supermarket in Tournon.
For festive meals, we prepare our own baked piglets.
