Aubrac cattle breeder, Frédéric takes pride in producing healthy, high-quality meat.
His cattle graze on vast pastures of Mont Mézenc, at an altitude of 1,500 metres, where the renowned grasslands are known for producing exceptionally tasty meat.
Products are available through short supply chains, directly from producer to consumer.
The final stage of production takes place on the farm, where the cattle are fed with hay and GMO-free guaranteed cereals.
The meat is sold in 10 kg packs, made up of a selection of cuts that are vacuum-packed for optimal preservation.
Most of the production is sold directly to private customers through a short supply chain, with an average of two home deliveries per month (except in July and August).
Delivery appointments are arranged by phone once your order has been confirmed.
