Organic farm raising pure-bred Gascon pigs and Highland cows in the open air. We make our products (meat, charcuterie) ourselves on the farm from 100% natural ingredients. We sell direct from the farm and in select food shops.
Based in Le Pouzin, in Ardèche, since February 2018, we breed pure-bred Gascon pigs (registered with LIGERAL – Association des Livres Généalogiques Collectifs des Races Locales de porcs), born on our farm, entirely in the open air and organically.
Our pigs are fattened for at least two years, using extensive farming methods. The meat is processed on the farm by us, without additives or preservatives other than salt.
We offer meat, charcuterie (dry sausage, coppa, ham hock, etc.), as well as jars of pâté de campagne, pâté de tête, Epicures d’Or 2022 thyme rillettes, lard, ham hock, confit sausages, and more.
We also have a herd of around twenty Highland cows. Come and find our products at our farm shop, in farmers’ markets (La Musette de Valentine in Bourg-les-Valence, La Grange in Saint-Péray and La Biasse paysanne in Nyons) and in delicatessens.
You can also find us at various events throughout the year, including food fairs, chestnut festival “Castagnades”, farmers’ markets, and more.

Opening
From 01/01 to 31/12 on Friday between 5.30 pm and 7 pm.
