Located at 700 metres high in Satillieu, in the northern Ardèche, La Ferme des Soies is a small family farm where organic farming goes hand in hand with passion and tradition. Across some fifty hectares of meadows, orchards and chestnut groves, Régis carries on the expertise passed down from his ancestors: rearing sheep, goats and chickens, and cultivating fruit trees, all in a harmonious balance between nature and biodiversity. Here, everything grows with love, under the watchful eye of the Ardèche mountains.
