All the cows are breeded in a traditional fashion on a farm. They are of pure Aubrac breed.
The products: Meat of young Aubrac bovins, cut in packets of about 10kg – Different assortments of cuts (Ribs, steaks, bourguignon, rôti à braiser or pot au feu).
Sales: Orders are made all year round. Regular delivery to Aubenas, Lavilledieu, Villeneuve-de-Berg, Privas, Le Pouzin, Montélimar (other places upon request).
