Several farming activities come together in this typical Green Ardèche setting.
Alexandre Frattini produces chestnuts, seasonal vegetables including many varieties of potatoes, berries, and also cereals used in his workshop to make dry and fresh pasta, all certified Organic Farming (AB).
Meanwhile, Isabelle Frattini has developed “Graines & Cie”, an organic production of medicinal plants, transformed into herbal products (herbal teas and distillation) as well as plant-based cosmetics.
