Our pigs are raised outdoors, in vast open spaces… the land is healthy and the food local.
Visit us at Champs Libres (farmers’ store in Lablachère, every day from 9am to 7pm except Sunday).
Breeding of old-fashioned pigs (Gascon, Mangalitza, Duroc).
Our animals are born on the farm and fed exclusively with local cereals and recycled cheese and beer.
We process our products without the use of preservatives or nitrite salts, and most of our spices travel by cargo ship to minimize their impact on the environment.
We only sell direct.
