"Farmer confectioner" in Ardèche Verte, I produce and transform organic fruit into confectionery such as fruit paste, jams, syrups, nougats, Christmas chocolates …
Since the creation of the firm, I used organic methods. I always wanted to produce fruits that only come from Ardèche. That is why there are no pistachios in my nougat. I settled on my family parcels in Pailharès, in 2019. My fruits are treated with plant purins and decoctions and I use goat manure.

From 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2027 on Friday and Saturday between 4.30 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
