L'alambic de la Tour d'Albon

In 2023, Corentin Rignol, a young enthusiast of artisan distillers, had a bold vision to create a one-of-a-kind distillery. Originally from Anneyron, he recently settled in Albon, a charming village in the Drôme. He has always been fascinated by the history and beauty of the Tour d'Albon, an ancient medieval tower in the heart of his native region. Corentin grew up listening to his grandmother's stories of the family's ancient liqueur recipes, passed down from generation to generation. He is also a keen amateur of the local flora. One day, while walking near the Tour d'Albon, a bright idea crossed his mind. He decided to create a distillery that would pay tribute to the history of the tower and the richness of the surrounding nature. He named his distillery "L'Alambic de la Tour d'Albon". With a small team of talented friends and distillers, Corentin embarked on a quest to create exceptional artisanal liqueurs. He uses traditional distillation methods, combined with modern expertise, to produce unique beverages. Herbs and fruits are hand-picked from the surrounding hills, and each liqueur is carefully crafted, reflecting Corentin's love of his native land.

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
