Artisan nougat maker since 1998, Le Genêt d’Or carries on the traditional Ardèche expertise through artisanal cooking. All our nougats are crafted with honey from Ardèche, and we produce our own nougats, marshmallows, pralines, and fruit jellies on-site.
Located in the charming village of Vogüé, officially ranked among the “Most Beautiful Villages in France,” our artisanal Nougaterie welcomes you to a world of authentic gourmet delights in the heart of Ardèche.
Since 1998, we have carried on the nougat-making tradition, crafting our sweets from strictly selected ingredients—all preservative-free and gluten-free. In our workshop, you can watch our nougats, marshmallows, pralines, and fruit jellies come to life, made with the time-honored expertise that has made Le Genêt d’Or famous.
