The Pestrin springs gush forth in the heart of the Ardèche volcanoes, in a wild and protected natural environment. In the Fontaullière valley, the Pestrin factory uses Ventadour water.
Nestled in the heart of the Ardèche massif, the Ventadour spring naturally emerges rich in gas. This effervescence is the result of a rare and well-identified geological process: during its long underground journey, the water becomes enriched with carbon dioxide from deep underground. This journey gives it a natural effervescence, a harmonious mineral composition and a unique flavour.
