Organic market gardener based at Mandé, in the commune of Accons. Vegetables and fruit grown in open fields.
Baskets available on Tuesdays and Thursdays to order.
Produced using organic farming methods and bearing the ‘nature and progress’ label. Exclusive use of home-grown seeds with restored nutritional value. Only open-field cultivation without greenhouses.
Permanent market gardening on living soil and on small surfaces in close collaboration with the environment.
