New cellar in our region. Producing red wine Saint Joseph in a natural way.
We use organic farming methods. The wine is made naturally using indigenous yeasts and whole bunches (without destemming). Each vintage is naturally different, depending on the year. Most of the work is done in the vineyard, with no oenological tricks. Since 2013, we have been making a range of wines with no added sulphites. We work the soil in our vineyards with a draught horse. Our wines are matured in barrels over 5 years old for 16 to 18 months.
