Gourmet restaurant in a refined, bright setting overlooking the Ardèche valley. Market cuisine using local, seasonal produce. In summer, there's a shady terrace under the hundred-year-old plane trees.
Claude Brioude, was born and raised in Ardèche, where its nature and landscapes in their diversity inspires him a local cuisine as he offers a cuisine of the market, healthy and tasty composed of organic and local products from producers with whom he has been able to weave for fifteen years a bond of trust and complicity. The inspiration also comes from elsewhere: exhibitions & travels feed him and motivates him a constant research of new flavors… Our establishment is selected «Étapes savoureuses» or "tasty steps" and «Goûtez l'Ardèche» a label of local & fresh terroir products.
