The Hôtel-Restaurant Enjolras invites you to discover delicious traditional cuisine, prepared throughout the seasons using locally sourced ingredients. For three generations, every dish has celebrated the local heritage through fresh produce and traditional family recipes.
The signature dishes of our chefs, Jean-Luc and Lucas: a generous creamy mushroom croustade, followed by a tender local veal sauté served with delicious homemade pommes dauphines, and finishing on a sweet note with our indulgent Ardèche Coupe, topped with homemade whipped cream.
The restaurant features two large rooms, ideal for receptions, seminars and groups.
Double, triple and quadruple rooms, all equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, offering a comfortable stay in the heart of the village. Rooms overlook either a wooded park or the village, just 500 metres from Lake Coucouron. Enjoy the many leisure activities and attractions offered by the Ardèche mountains.
A studio apartment for up to four people is also available.
