From Rome trout steak with fine purée from the Ardèche plateau cooked on site to Areilladou country chicken with Imbert chestnut cream, there’s something for everyone! We favour products from short supply chains with our Ardèche partners: Ardèche frais et d’Ardèche and saisons.
