Family and gastronomic cuisine based on local products. You will find, in addition to the unavoidable speciality of the crayfish soufflé, the chestnut in many recipes but also farmhouse poultry, black lamb from the Velay region, the fine fat from the Mezenc region in season and many other products such as the picodon ardéchois, the tome en salade, the délice ardéchois and the famous Norwegian omelette.
