Since June 2024, immerse yourself in a unique culinary universe, nestled in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation vineyards.
Together with his team, the chef uses local and seasonal produce to offer you a gastronomic experience that combines modernity and indulgence. Our carefully prepared dishes will surprise you with their authentic flavors and finesse.
The team in the dining room will offer you a warm and professional welcome, while our sommelier will introduce you to a selection of wines carefully chosen to sublimate each dish.
