We’re a farmer-restaurateur, and our cuisine is essentially based on local farm produce and products from our own farm
(rustic lamb, squab, chestnuts, garden vegetables and fruit, saffron…). Every vegetable, every piece of meat is the fruit of hard work
all year round.
A unique menu that evolves with the garden – creative, inspired by our terroir, our travels and the seasons… Selection of organic and natural wines.
Our wood-fired oven is an invaluable tool for cooking and drying meat, fish and vegetables; it’s also a friend to our natural sourdough breads.
