Restaurant La Poule Grasse
It's an unusual and discreet place to discover in Chantemerle les Blés. Ultra-local and ultra-seasonal products in keeping with the surrounding producers. Each time, unique offers depending on the farm and vegetable garden.
At our micro-farm, the menus (dishes cooked over a traditional wood fire) are based on our own production, our own picking and products from responsible producers. It's a step-by-step journey into our world, evolving with each service and served in 6 successive plates (single menu at €50). This restaurant project has matured over 10 years, with the aim of combining nature, conviviality and the pleasure of the table.
