– minestrone (a thick soup of vegetables, legumes and starches, hot or cold depending on the season)

– filleted trout with aïoli, crunchy vegetables and a slice of polenta with chestnut flour
– a fromage blanc in Bosc faisselle with Burlat cherry jam from the Doux Valley
– a bottle of sparkling mineral water and rosé wine

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 on Monday and Sunday between 10 am and 2.30 pm. On Tuesday between 10 am and 2 pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm and between 6 pm and 9.30 pm. Closed on Wednesday.
