Founded in 1834, Paul Jaboulet Aîné owns an estate of over 100 hectares spread over the finest plots of land in the northern Côtes du Rhône.
The House’s excellence is to be found both in the vineyards, with organic farming that respects and enhances the richness and diversity of the terroirs, and in the cellars, with meticulous, highly-specialised winemaking, always striving for perfection.
In the historic heart of the vineyards, at the foot of the famous Hermitage hills, VINEUM houses the Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné cellar, as well as a wine bar and restaurant. It’s a warm, elegant place where we invite you to taste our wines to your heart’s content: the pleasure version, by the glass and accompanied by a charcuterie and cheese slate, or the gourmet version, with the Chef’s dishes, or the educational version, during a guided tasting session – the choice is yours! And to complete the experience, let yourself be tempted by a visit to the vineyard at the Chapelle de l’Hermitage and discover the secrets of this exceptional terroir!

From 01/01 to 31/12 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends between 12 pm and 1.45 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
Closed monday at noon, monday evening, tuesday evening, wednesday evening, thursday evening, friday evening, saturday evening and sunday evening.
