To cool off, swimming and trout fishing are less than a kilometer away, in the Duzon. The legendary “VéloRail des Gorges du Doux” will seduce you, as will the characterful village of Boucieu le Roi nearby. Not far from the Rhône Valley, you will discover magnificent landscapes and find all the services and shops. The “Acajous” farm includes 2 fully renovated and furnished gîtes. The "Abondance" gîte, adjoining the second gîte and close to the owners' house, has two private terraces, one of which is covered, on which you can have breakfast or barbecues. Not overlooked with the second gîte. You will have a small cellar at your disposal to store your bikes and other hiking equipment. Inside, you will have a living room with open and equipped kitchen area, and living room with TV and convertible sofa. The 1st bedroom, on the ground floor, has 2 90 cm beds and storage space. You will find a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The second bedroom, located upstairs and attic, is equipped with a 160 bed and relaxation armchairs. You have access to the small terrace ideal for reading in the sun and relaxing. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided. Animal friends are accepted with respect for the places and animals present on the farm. Electric heating included.
